Pricing Notes

Rates include: Electricity consumption per week up to 800KWH, premium welcome pack, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, air conditioning and underfloor heating (during the winter months). For stays exceeding 8 nights a change of linen and towels will be arranged upon arrival.

Rates do not include: Pool heating is an optional extra to be booked and paid for in advance at a rate of GBP 325 per week. A refundable security deposit of GBP 300 is payable in advance with the balance payment to cover any damages or breakages at the property. Electricity consumption exceeding the 800KWH allowance is charged at 0.45 Euro Cents per KWH, this charge will be deducted from the security deposit. With considerate usage, it is rare to exceed the electricity allowance, however, the limitations are in place to ensure that guests are conscious of their usage and consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.
